3M introduced a new internal publication to showcase the unique perspectives of its employees and how they are contributing to the advancement of the company. The strategy was to divide the publication into three categories: People Focused, Learning Centered, and Purpose Driven. The employees featured in the publication were interviewed and photographed to highlight their unique personalities and create an engaging internal magazine.
